Bombard Renewable Energy (BRE), a division of Bombard Electric, LLC (est. 1982), has installed over 50 Megawatts (MW) of solar photovoltaic (solar PV) electric systems in both the public and private sectors.

BRE is one of the nation’s leading renewable energy contracting companies. All BRE electricians have completed the IBEW Joint Apprenticeship Training Center (JATC) 50-hour PV-I and PV-II courses and meet the latest state-certification requirements for installers.

Our in-house management and design team consists of four of Nevada's North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP) PV Installers on staff, two of the first NABCEP certified Technical Sales staff in the United States, as well as the nation’s second UL Certified PV Installer, an electrical engineer and a multi-level construction management team.

Our large Nevada presence and construction expertise, coupled with the strength of our relationship with MDUCSG and outside sub-contractors, have positioned BRE as the leader in renewable energy utility service engineering, procurement and construction, or (EPC).
